Internet Banking

Internet Banking is a fast, secure and convenient way to manage your everyday banking from your computer, tablet or smart phone, any time of the day. 

  • Transfer funds between your P&N Bank accounts or to an external account
  • Activate new cards and change PINs online
  • Cancel and lost or stolen card and order a new one

Register for Internet Banking

Internet Banking is available to all P&N Bank members. Registering is easy – simply call 13 25 77 or visit a branch.

P&N Bank’s Mobile App is available on any Apple or Android internet enabled mobile phone. To use it, you must first be registered for Internet Banking, and then set up Secure SMS. View Mobile apps for more information.

eStatements

eStatements are an online version of your account statements, easily accessed through Internet Banking and the Mobile App. When you register to receive a statement online, you’ll no longer receive paper statements in the mail. 

Some benefits include:

  • You’ll be doing your part to reduce paper and help the environment
  • You can access your statements 24/7 and print them as you need
  • Easier filing and access to your transaction history
  • Greater security in having your statements held in a secure, single location
  • Online statements are also considered legitimate documents with Centrelink and the Australian Tax Office

You’ll receive an email alert when a new online statement is available, so you can log in to Internet Banking to view it. Up to seven years of statements are stored online from date of registration.

Register for eStatements

You can sign up for eStatements by logging in to Internet Banking or the Mobile App and selecting ‘Register for eStatements’ from the Services menu. Once you have read and accepted the terms and conditions, you can go to ‘View eStatements’ to see your current and previous statements.

Alternatively, you can contact us on 13 25 77 between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am and 5pm on Saturday, or visit your local P&N Bank branch for further assistance. Read our Internet Banking User Guide for more information.

Secure online Banking

At P&N Bank we take online security very seriously and have extensive measures in place to protect P&N and our members from fraud. You can rest assured that our online Banking services use the latest security features to ensure your transactions and personal details are safe.

In addition to our comprehensive security provisions, it is equally important for you to take an active role in protecting yourself and your personal computer from fraud. Read our security and alerts page on how to enhance your online security and protect your accounts and personal information. 

We recommend that you follow these guidelines to reduce your risk of online fraud. In the unlikely event that you become a victim of online Banking fraud, through no fault of your own, we guarantee to cover the entire loss and refund any missing monies to your accounts as soon as possible. You must however ensure you comply with our Online Services Terms & Conditions at all times.
